The OCC is Portland's primary home for serious-business conferences. I mean, you won't find that exact term in any brochures, but trust us :p The Convention Center is big, comfy, and most importantly, equipped to handle groups far larger and more complex than ours—so we'll be a cake walk for them.
EmberConf will take place upstairs in the Portland Ballroom and Lobby.

We've negotiated discounted room blocks at the DoubleTree and Crowne Plaza, both a short walk (or single/double-stop MAX ride) from the convention center. The room blocks sold out quickly last year, so reserve your rooms ASAP, and be sure you're staying with the rest of us.
Options include a single King bed or two Queen beds. Room includes a microwave, refrigerator, DVD player, Keurig coffee station, 32” LCD HDTV, ergonomic chair and oversized work desk, cordless phone, hair dryer, full size iron and ironing board, lighted vanity mirror, and complimentary Crowne Plaza holistic Sleep Amenity Kit.
Same as the King, but the single bed is smaller, so the rate is lower :p Flat-screen TV, WiFi, large desk, ergonomic chair. Enjoy a restful night's sleep on the king Sweet Dreams® bed complete with down pillows. Complimentary WiFi for our guests plus upgrade options available.
