Refunds and Transfers

Refunds on conference and training tickets are available until February 2, 2015, 11:59pm PST. After that, tickets can only be transferred. The deadline for ticket transfers is February 13, 2015 at 11:59pm PST. Email the team with any questions or to arrange transfers.

Activities are non-refundable, but are transferrable, subject to the same deadlines as conference ticket transfers.

To process a transfer request, we'll request the following pieces of information about the replacement attendee:

• Full Name
• Email
• Company
• Tshirt Size
• GitHub username
• Twitter username
• Dietary Restrictions

Tshirt sizes can only be updated until the shirt order is placed (typically 30 days before the conference).
